This is a book of tickets for the 28th Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration in Shelbyville, Tennessee.  Booklet contains tickets for all eight days of the Celebration.  From the estate of Charles Kelly who was an award winning Associated Press photographer from Atlanta.  He is best known for his photos of the Civil Rights Movement and major sports events.
