Delivery details
Items are generally dispatched within 2 working day after payment is cleared.
Buyers will also be able to trace deliveries online with a unique tracking number.
Buyers have full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the checkout page before payment is made.
Re-delivery fee may be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful deliveries.
Items will only be delivered during normal working hours (9am to 5pm on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours
Terms of sales
Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return with 30 bussiness days.
Buyers must also strictly follow our returns procedure when returning an item.
