    Description

    This is a marginal block of 4 1949 Iraq Obligatory Tax Stamps.  These are the 5F on 6F Magenta Overprint.  The thing to note here is the fact that the overprint is dramatically shifted downward.  They are Mint Unmounted and in Pristine condition.  This is S.G. T337 Variety and is valued at L240+ in the Stanley Gibbons Catalog.
