Please make sure your shipping address is the same as your Paypal confirmed address.  That's pretty much the standard with all sellers, and we are no different in that respect.
Your valid telephone number is a must with your payment/shipping address information (this is a requirement by the various shippers to ensure reliable service; you've no doubt seen this before with FedEx or UPS).  I can not complete shipping for any item without your telephone number, especially for orders shipped with Expedited Delivery Service. In fact, they will not accept orders shipped Registered Air Mail without telephone number also.
