I have found in the past that I am unable to collect insurance monies on these items unless the buyer brings the item(s) and packaging to the post office to be assessed first. I am not doing this to make life difficult for my buyers, I am doing this so I can provide refunds to my customers without losing money out of my own pocket as well.
